Patrick is an innovative leader and problem solver specializing in two areas:

1) Change Enablement: digital collaboration tools and strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive Change Enablement (the people driving change inside companies - formal roles (Change Enablement Manager) or informal roles (Team Leader, Managers, Supervisor, etc).

With over 25 years of experience across industries and roles, he has developed Conversation Frameworks™—facilitator-led, digital solutions addressing 28 recurring challenges within People, Process, and Planning.

His work focuses on improving employee engagement, streamlining communication, and fostering collaboration at every organizational level.

2) Neuroscientific Selling: sales process and sales experience development and coaching to small and medium sized companies that want/need to create their Blue Ocean of buyer experience against their competition by providing their sales leadership and salespeople with on-demand coaching, tips, and strategies. His sales process development and coaching principles are founded in his book entitled, "A Crocodile Brain Can Make or Break Your Sale" which uniquely blends sales process and neuroscience to create a customer journey that is Croc Brain friendly.

Patrick holds a BA in French Studies and has completed immersive international studies.
